Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. This includes preserved roses and floral paper, as they are made-to-order, fragile, and cannot be resold once opened.
Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging and the item
• A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will send a replacement or issue store credit. Replacements are not guaranteed without clear photo proof.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. We will assist where possible, but we do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered.
